What syncs between Paygentic and Rillet?
We sync invoices, invoice items, invoice payments, customers and products all bidirectionally. When you issue an invoice in Paygentic, it syncs to Rillet along with associated invoice items and payments. In simple terms: if you make a change to one system, it’ll reflect immediately in the other.
If I make an update in Paygentic, will it map back to Rillet, and vice versa?
Absolutely - our syncs work bidirectionally. All mapping is handled automatically by Paygentic. Mark an invoice paid in either system and the status updates in the other automatically.
I’m an existing Rillet customer. How can I use Paygentic?
If you’re an existing Rillet customer, you can keep your existing Rillet customers, products, and invoice items. Simply provide each customer, product, or invoice item's Rillet ID when you create it in Paygentic. Paygentic will handle the rest.
Do I have to create products or customers in Rillet first?
No you don’t need to - Paygentic will automatically create the necessary models in Rillet. No need to do this yourself.
How do I create an API key for my Rillet organization?
Paygentic requires a Rillet API Key to sync invoices. Finding the API key is simple, on the Rillet website click on: Organization settings -> API Access -> Create API Key. That’s it.
